Shipping Policy

All Legacy Library books are printed on demand and shipped from within the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time

Because each book is produced individually, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Time

After processing, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is generally 5–12 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, high-volume periods, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays once an order has left our production facility.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at northstonemediagroupllc@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website legacylibraryco.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products offered by Northstone Media Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

   All Legacy Library books are printed on demand and produced individually following your order. Product descriptions, images, and sample content are provided for general reference. Because books are printed to order, minor variations in color, binding, or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders and Acceptance

   Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in error, or cannot be fulfilled. Confirmation of your order does not guarantee acceptance; a contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

4. Pricing and Payment

   All prices are displayed at checkout and are payable in the currency indicated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to modify prices at any time before you place an order. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

   Shipping, processing times, delivery estimates, and related terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control once an order has left our production facility.

6. Returns and Refunds

   Because each book is printed on demand specifically for you, orders are generally non-refundable except where a product arrives damaged, defective, or where an error was made on our part. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original method of payment. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellations

   Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will accommodate the request if production has not yet begun.

8. Intellectual Property

   All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the books themselves, is the property of Northstone Media Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Your purchase grants you a copy of the book for personal use only and does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

9. Acceptable Use

   You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northstone Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northstone Media Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

Because every Legacy Library book is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors made by the customer, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at northstonemediagroupllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund to your original method of payment.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong book due to an error on our part, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for orders delayed by the carrier, orders marked delivered by the carrier, or orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address-related returns are handled under the Incorrect Addresses section of our Shipping Policy.

How to Request

All refund or replacement requests must be made by email to northstonemediagroupllc@gmail.com and include your order number and, where relevant, supporting photographs. We aim to respond within a few business days.
